When you apply, we collect the information you send. This may include your name, resume, work links, and messages. During hiring, we keep interview notes and feedback about your experience and skills.
Who Sees It
SeizeTalent team members involved in hiring and team matching can access your application. We share relevant professional information with a prospective partner company as part of discussing a team match with you. Service providers that handle applications process information on our behalf.
How Long We Keep It
We retain application information for twelve months after your most recent application activity, then delete it. If you join SeizeTalent, information needed for your employment becomes part of your employment records.
Your Rights
Send access, correction, or deletion requests through the application form when it opens. We act on requests within 30 days.
