Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Own production software from database schema to the interface people use every day. Work directly with a US partner team to turn operational needs into dependable tools.
What You Will Do
- Build and ship features across the stack in the partner company's codebase.
- Integrate CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools with tested APIs and clear error handling.
- Add monitoring and tracing so the team can diagnose production problems.
- Work with operations and product leads to turn ambiguous requests into concrete specs.
What We Look for
- Experience owning production software that other people depend on.
- Strong TypeScript or Python, SQL, and a modern frontend framework.
- Comfort reviewing code, writing tests, and explaining implementation tradeoffs.
- Clear written and spoken English, with availability during agreed US core hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying software in customer-managed environments.
- Enterprise CRM or ERP integration work.
- Experience investigating slow queries and improving application performance.
