Help a US finance team understand business performance and plan spending. Build financial models and explain the operational drivers behind results and forecasts.
What You Will Do
- Maintain revenue, headcount, and expense models with documented assumptions.
- Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, tracing material variances.
- Reconcile planning inputs with accounting records and department submissions.
- Prepare management reporting that connects financial results to business decisions.
What We Look for
- Experience in financial planning, management reporting, or a related finance role.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with auditable formulas and model structure.
- Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow relationships.
- Clear English communication and availability during agreed US core hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite or another accounting and reporting system.
- Work modeling subscription revenue, retention, and customer acquisition costs.
- SQL or business intelligence experience for reconciling financial datasets.
