Turn business questions into analysis a US team can act on. Build trusted reporting and explain what the data supports, where it is incomplete, and what to investigate next.
What You Will Do
- Write SQL to combine product, sales, and operational data into usable datasets.
- Build dashboards with documented metrics and clear ownership of definitions.
- Investigate changes in conversion, retention, and operational performance.
- Check source data quality and explain findings to stakeholders in plain language.
What We Look for
- Strong SQL, spreadsheet skills, and experience with a business intelligence tool.
- Ability to check joins, reconcile totals, and identify misleading comparisons.
- Experience translating a business question into a reproducible analysis.
- Clear English communication and availability during agreed US core hours.
Nice to Have
- Python or R for data cleaning and exploratory analysis.
- Experience with dbt models and cloud data warehouses.
- Practical experience interpreting experiments and cohort behavior.
